I'm an executive of a large corporation, and yes it's
lonely at the top. I do take advice from others, but really I must make the final decision. At the end of the day I come home strained. I've heard about executive coaches, and have thought about hiring one. Can I use this type of consulting instead?
Sure, coaching executives, management and staff is a part of this work. An executive coach is trained to help you but is seldom an intuitive. This work can focus on you and your unique position.
How long would this consulting go on?
Some aspects of time are beyond your control [ that's another story ]. However, you can hire me short term, say for a targeted project. Or, you could hire me to do long term process work... that's up to you.
